• Over 30 years experience in the UK property sector.

• Prior to promotion to the MD role, John was Land Director heading the Land and Planning Team and delivering a pipeline of quality mixed use and traditional developments.
• 11 years experience at the Crosby Group under both Berkeley Homes ownership and Lend Lease.
• Significant experience and a sustained record of success in property development.
• 9 years of experience within smaller, privately owned development companies.

• Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience.
• Trained and qualified with Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants gaining significant experience in their Corporate Finance department working on a number of acquisitions, disposals and stock market flotations.
• Former Group Financial Controller of Crosby Lend Lease with responsibility for financial forecasting & reporting and for maintaining a close focus on the operational activities of the Crosby group of companies.
• Responsible for the financial and operational integration of Crosby following its acquisition by Lend Lease Corporation in 2005.
• Extensive experience of financial appraisal and evaluation.
